What credit card types will XM Radio Online accept?
XM currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards issued by US-based financial institutions only. You can safely enter your billing information via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.


Why doesn't my credit card work when I try to register for XM Radio Online?
Please make sure you are entering all of the information correctly including the credit card number and expiration date. XM currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards issued by US-based financial institutions only. XM may also be receiving a credit card decline code from your issuing bank. We recommend that you contact your credit card company to learn why your card was declined as XM does not provide this information to its subscribers.


Are there any additional fees for the standalone XM Radio Online service?
No, there are no additional service fees beyond the monthly subscription charge associated with the XM Radio Online service. Taxes may apply.


When am I billed for the standalone XM Radio Online service?
XM Radio Online charges will appear automatically on the monthly statement of the credit card that you provided during your initial registration. These charges are paid in advance and are made on the same date each month as your registration date. You will not receive a separate invoice from XM.


Will I see an XM Radio Online charge on my billing statement if I am an XM Satellite Radio subscriber?
No. For eligible XM Satellite Radio subscribers, XM Radio Online can be accessed at no additional cost.


Why was my XM Radio Online subscription cancelled?
Your XM Radio Online subscription may have been canceled if we were not able to process the payment for your subscription. To re-subscribe or to verify your billing information, please sign-in at http://listen.xmradio.com and click "Manage Your Account."


My XM Satellite Radio is scheduled to be deactivated at the end of the month, do I also need to cancel my XM Radio Online account?
No, your XM Radio Online service will end automatically if it is part of your XM Satellite Radio subscription. You can subscribe to XM Radio Online separately by going to http://listen.xmradio.com.


Will I receive a partial refund if I cancel my subscription before it expires?
No. Cancellations do not take effect until the first day after your current subscription expires. For example, if your current subscription is paid through the 17th and you cancel your subscription on the 5th, your service will continue until the 17th and on the 18th your service will end.


How do I dispute a charge on my credit card?
If a charge appears on your credit card which you do not understand or you feel is unwarranted, please send us an email by visiting our Contact Us page and selecting the "XM Radio Online Billing Issue" option. A Listener Care Representative will research your claim and respond to you within 24 hours.


How do I cancel my account?
If you have the standalone XM Radio Online account, you can cancel it by signing in at http://listen.xmradio.com and clicking on "Manage Your Account." Then, clink on "Change Billing Info" and you'll find a link to cancel service. XM Satellite Radio customers must call XM Listener Care at 1-800-XM-RADIO (1-800-967-2346) to cancel. If you have a free trial account, there is no need to cancel -- it will become inactive when your trial period is over.
