How do I change the email address in my XM Radio Online account?
To change the email address associated with your XM Radio Online account, simply sign in at http://listen.xmradio.com and click on "Manage Your Account."

Why won't my username and password work?
There are several reasons why your username and password may not be working:

1. You did not enter the correct username/password combination. Note: passwords are case sensitive.
2. You are not registered for an XM Radio Online account.
3. You are using your XM Satellite Radio account username/password instead of your XM Radio Online username/password.

I just registered for XM Radio Online but never received my email confirmation code. What should I do?
Due to Internet congestion, it may take up to 30 minutes to receive the email with your confirmation code. If after 30 minutes you still haven't received your confirmation code, you can explore one of the following options:

1. Check your "junk," "spam," or "bulk" mail folder to see if the XM mail has been accidentally misrouted.
2. Check with your email service provider as they may be blocking the email.
3. Try requesting a new confirmation code.
